School Counseling Referrals
Students may be referred for individual or small group counseling by a classroom teacher, an administrator, parent, or self-referred. School counseling is short-term and problem-solving oriented. It is usually recommended for a student to improve a specific behavior, effective communication skills, conflict resolution, interpersonal relationships, decision making skills, anger management, or other issues that are impacting a student’s performance in school. Please complete a counseling referral form if you are interested in your student receiving school counseling services.
For individual, one-on-one counseling services for your student please complete the Individual Counseling Referral form.
For counseling in a small group setting, please complete the Small Group Counseling Referral form.
All forms can be submitted in the office or emailed directly to the school counselor, Mrs.Markowicz.
