Hello! My name is Tory Kendall and I am thrilled to be a new teacher at Black Mountain Elementary School. My family and I moved to Cave Creek at the end of June from Park City, Utah. We are excited about getting involved with the community and meeting new people. 

I am joining the BMES team with 17 years of experience .I graduated from a small college in Northeastern Nevada in 2001 with a BA in Elementary Education. I taught kindergarten and fourth grade in Nevada, and first and third grade in Utah. One thing I’ve learned from my years of teaching is that no matter where you go kids are the same and no matter what they all need to know that their teacher is their biggest fan.
